We value your privacy. This policy explains how Pickly (the “App”) handles information while providing wheels, cards, finger games, dice, templates, history, and membership features.

1. Information We Process

On-device data: Lists, options, template copies, results, themes, and settings are stored locally by default.
Membership state: The App caches the product ID, membership type, subscription expiration, and last update date to open quickly.
Purchases: Apple processes payments through StoreKit and your Apple Account. The App receives product IDs, transaction status, dates, and restore results. We do not receive your card details, payment password, or full Apple Account.
Content you choose: Imported files, selected images, and generated shares are processed for actions you request. Recipients selected in the system share sheet apply their own privacy policies.
Contact email: “Contact Us” opens your mail app. We receive only what you choose to send.

2. What We Do Not Do

The App requires no account, operates no user-data server, includes no ads or third-party behavioral analytics SDK, and does not proactively collect location, contacts, photo library, microphone, health, or biometric data. We do not sell personal information.

3. Apple and System Services

Apple processes in-app purchases under its privacy policy and media services terms. Spoken results use iOS speech services. Files, photos, mail, and sharing services are used only when you initiate them.

4. Retention and Deletion

Local lists and history remain until you delete them in the App or uninstall it. Uninstalling may remove the membership cache; eligible subscriptions and lifetime purchases can be restored from Apple using the same Apple Account. Apple manages its transaction records.

5. Children

The App is for a general audience and is not designed to collect children's personal information. Contact us if you believe such information was sent to us.

6. Your Choices and Contact

You may delete lists, clear history, turn off sound, haptics, or spoken results, or uninstall the App. For questions, complaints, or data requests, email jiandevkfzde@163.com.

7. Changes

We may update this policy when features or laws change. The latest version will be available in the App, with suitable notice for material changes.
